The Cavalry School, United States Army 1937 First Edition Hardcover Very Good- with no dust jacket
Khaki cloth covered boards with gilt spinal titles, and front cover design encompassing a cavalry trooper in doughboy helmet, horse head and armored car superimposed over a globe. Khaki boards are soiled, cover design rubbed, ink stamp to front endpaper along with previous owner's ink name, rank and unit association. Hinges shaken but fully attached. Pages edges soiled, and about a third of the block has a slight darkened dampness stain across the upper half of the pages. Wholly legible, intact and an uncommon title in its original printed format.
