Blue cloth covered boards, with an imprinted and inked pictorial front board and spine. Wholly intact, it appears the front hinge has been repaired as it is tighter than the rear. Fairly heavy soiling to all outer surfaces, some staining. Pages are clean. Spine tanned. Modest overall edge and corner wear.

All poems intact as are all 84 color plates (& comparable number of three tones) make up this 172 page volume of 19th century children's verse.
