Beginning around 2013, retail in the US has been allowed to pass on the cost of credit and debit card transactions to the customer. We strive to limit this extra fee, but at times find it necessary to do so, and leave that option open to our discretion.
Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Boomer's Books. Books ship when check has cleared.

We accept returns, however, we are NOT Amazon. That means we don't accept unconditional returns. We strive to provide exacting details of every book we sell. Believe it or not, sometimes we make mistakes! In those instances, we want you to be a happy customer. We will work with you to be a satisfied customer. Want to keep it and can show us it's not what we described? Partial refunds are possible!!!
Simply not happy and feel the condition is counter to what we described, no problem!
Ordered a book you already have? Wanted a book to read or cite quotes for a project and don't want to keep it? Buyers' Remorse? Unfortunatley we don't cover these contingencies. Our philosophy is that as adults we should take responsibility for our actions. Big Brother is not going to take care of us from cradle to grave, and neither can I.
Books left for evaluation of potential purchase, and books left at Molly Stark Bindery for restoration & repair:
We work hard to evaluate potential purchases while you wait. There are times when you may be asked to leave them. We will call upon completion of the process. If however, you do not reply or pick up unwanted books and they reside here for more than 30 days we reserve the right to dispose of them.
Likewise, books left for restoration or repair that are abandoned or not paid for, or for which no reply is made to our outreach, will be forfit after 30 days.
We consider these books abandoned "Left Luggage" and do not have the capacity to offer storage facilities. We appreciate your attention and understanding!
